MOI have announced that Yvonne Torrent-Lim is stepping into the pivotal role of Global SVP, Transformation & Delivery. She has been key to reshaping MOI’s approach to people, program and resource management, operational strategies, change management, and streamlining delivery mechanisms.
Following eight years at the company, which included a short break elsewhere, Yvonne (or Yvo as she’s known at the agency) will bring together MOI’s front and backend operational functions globally where program/project management works hand-in-hand with operations to drive efficiency between previously silo-ed teams. It’s all the Ps combined – Projects, Process, Platforms and People.
She says: “I am honoured to take on this new challenge and embark on this pivotal transformation. By integrating IT, operations, program/project management, and production into a single Operations and Delivery team, we’re better equipped to address the dynamic challenges of our industry and accelerate how we respond to change in our rapidly evolving industry.”
Bringing 20 years of agency experience, Yvo will help the agency towards our future vision of making B2B a little less B2B, by enabling our multi-specialist teams to forge data, technology, content and channels to reshape the customer experience.
MOI’s drive to adopt AI across our ways of working is also high on Yvonne’s agenda – transforming the way we provide an efficient and effective service to our clients and solve their challenges to operationalise creative and media campaigns efficiently.
