CREATING A STAND OUT CUSTOMER SHOWCASE
In an industry where events and experiences can feel awfully repetitive, Zendesk knew they wanted their UK Showcase to feel totally different. With just 12 weeks until the big day, they enlisted the help of MOI to create an experience for their customers that felt fun, educational and, importantly, unforgettable.
Inspired by the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, we orchestrated a dynamic event with breakout zones, engaging pop-ups, and spaces for relaxed networking. The result? A Showcase that felt less like a B2B event, and more like a premium consumer experience. With 557 registrations and 388 attendees, customers were able to engage with the Zendesk brand in a memorable, relaxed and personalized way.

11-CITY EMEA EVENT SERIES WITH ORACLE
DELIVERING ORACLE CLOUDWORLD TOUR ACROSS MULTIPLE MARKETS
Following the success of its flagship event in Las Vegas, the Oracle CloudWorld Tour was ready to go global. But Oracle didn’t want to just replicate the experience. They wanted to evolve it, reimagining the tour as a unified, attendee-centric program designed to inform, inspire and connect.
As lead strategic agency partner for MOI Global was tasked with bringing the tour to life across 11 cities – each with varying scale and complexity. By implementing a robust operational model, we partnered with Oracle to deliver one cohesive experience across every city, so they could scale efficiently and localize effectively with a modern, community-driven cloud and AI experience.

AI BRAND EXPERIENCE WITH META
BRINGING META AI TO LIFE THROUGH A CREATOR EXPERIENCE
Tasked with creating a first-of-its-kind experience for Meta in Singapore, MOI built a three-day, multi-zone experience for press, creators and the public to experience Meta AI’s new features firsthand.
MOI built ‘The world of impossible things’, consisting of four interactive zones to bring the brand’s creativity, utility and storytelling to life, attendees were greeted with whimsical photo zones, miniature worlds, messaging lounges and hands-on demos through a vinyl-themed interaction – allowing them to put Meta AI’s full technological capabilities to the test.

CREATING A SPACE FOR EXECUTIVE CONNECTIONS AWAY FROM THE NOISE OF MWC
The Executive Circle experience at Mobile World Congress was designed as a deliberate contrast to the intensity of the show—prioritising privacy, pace, and meaningful connection over scale and spectacle.
Set within a “secret outdoor garden” concept, the space created a calm, lounge-like environment that felt removed from the main exhibition floor. This shift in atmosphere was key: it allowed senior leaders to step out of the noise and into a setting more conducive to strategic conversations and relationship-building.

BRINGING ALIBABA CLOUD”S TECHNOLOGY TO LIFE ON THE WORLD”S BIGGEST SPORTING STAGE
How do you bring your solutions to life on one of the world’s biggest stages? As an official cloud services partner of the Paris Olympics, Alibaba Cloud knew they needed more than a typical B2B experience to stand out. They needed something that felt truly one-of-a-kind – and that’s where MOI came in.
Combining interactive zones, social media activations, VR games and AI-generated mascots, we created “La Riviere Alibaba Cloud” – an award-winning experiential exhibit that showcased Alibaba’s impressive broadcasting solutions through an immersive celebration of Parisian landmarks and French sporting heritage.
