Social Media Manager - Weybridge Office

THE ROLE MOI Global is all about turning heads in the B2B world, which is why our rapidly growing digital and social marketing team needs a creative Social Media Manager to join our award-winning marketing agency and work across top blue chip accounts in the technology sector. Anyone can send a tweet, but we need somebody who can use social media to turn the heads of those in B2B who are used to ignoring traditional marketing, the digital natives who do things differently. If you’re a confident, ambitious, and passionate digital marketing executive who understands how social media works in B2B, you could be the person we’re looking for to take ownership of our clients’ social campaigns while working under our Digital & Social Director. Working within the digital team, you’ll help to plan and deliver integrated social campaigns of all sizes and budgets. This will involve:

  • Managing and taking ownership of social media, SEO, and PPC campaigns for a variety of clients
  • Writing and posting tweets, posting and promoting blogs and articles on a range of social channels
  • Monitoring and reporting against all social media activity
  • Working with other internal teams or external agencies/suppliers as relevant
  • Representing the agency in client discussions on the phone or face to face as required by our Account Managers
  • Reviewing performance, carrying out research and making recommendations to our clients for improvement
  • Compiling weekly and monthly reports as required, presenting to clients
  • Taking responsibility for the quality control of all materials and communications for your campaigns
  • Keeping our Account Managers in the picture regarding campaign progress
  • Supporting Account Managers as required on wider integrated marketing campaign delivery
Skills and Experience You’ll have a keen interest in digital and social media, a desire to work in a busy agency and to be part of a close-knit team, but also thrive on having your own area of responsibility. Key requirements include:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing B2B Social Media marketing campaigns
  • Agency experience – 2-3 years
  • At least 2 years' experience in social, preferably LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Experience with social listening technology such as Radian6 and Sysomos
  • Experience in community management
  • Experience in blogger and influencer outreach programs
  • Experience in Paid Social media
  • A personal passion for social marketing, proactively keeping up to date on latest developments and industry trends
  • Motivated by delivering excellent campaigns
  • A true wordsmith who takes pride in their communications, from tweets to blogs and everything in between
  • Self-starting and able to make key decisions and manage time and deadlines effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task between various campaigns and clients
  • Target driven and commercially focused
